”INTERMEDIX” AUGA: PADVIGUBINO BIURO PLOTĄ IKI 6000 KV. m

Sudarytas didžiausias šiemet biurų nuomos sandoris Kaune. JAV sveikatos apsaugos ir paslaugų bendrovės „Intermedix Corporation“ informacinių technologijų ir klientų aptarnavimo centras “Intermedix Lietuva” išsinuomavo papildomus 3000 kv. m biuro ploto buvusiose ISM universiteto patalpose E. Ožeškienės gatvėje.

NT valdymo ir konsultacijų bendrovė „Newsec Baltics“, konsultavusi „Intermedix Lietuva“ šiame sandoryje, praneša, jog geidžiamiausia darbdave tituluota „Intermedix Lietuva “ iš viso dabar nuomosis daugiau nei 6000 kv. m biuro plotą, kuriame įsikurs per 700 darbuotojų. Tai bus kol kas didžiausias paslaugų centras Kaune.

INTERMEDIX EXPANDS ITS OFFICE SPACE TO 6000 SQ. M

Intermedix expands its Kaunas office space to fuel growth in Lithuania. ”Newsec Baltics” acted as an advisor to Intermedix Lietuva for additional office space rent acquisition in Kaunas, the second biggest city in Lithuania.

By adding up another 3000 sq.m Intermedix, the best employer of the year in Lithuania, currently rents over 6000 sq.m in Kaunas. This space can accommodate up to 700 staff and will suffice Intermedix growth for coming years.

‘As a city, Kaunas is seen in the spotlight for international organizations’ expansion , as it is significantly less corwded by competition compared to Vilnius’, says Martynas Babilas, Head of office advice at Newsec Baltics. ’Kaunas office market amounts only 10 percent of Vilnius market size, accounting only over 40k sq.m of modern office space. However, domestic and even international property developers consider Kaunas as destination with a lot of potential. Therefore speculative office schemes are expected to become online soon as demand and the pipeline for quality space is growing’, he adds.
