Newsec – the Full Service Property House in Northern Europe – began its activities in the Baltics in 2003 and currently operates on the Lithuanian, Latvian and Estonian markets.

Newsec is a licenced provider of property and business valuation services and has one of the region’s biggest research and analysis units. Newsec was founded in 1994 in Sweden and now encompasses 7 markets in the Nordic and Baltic countries, where it has more than 2,700 employees.
