Newsec represented Regus expansion in Lithuania
Newsec has represented Regus, the world’s largest provider of flexible workspace solutions, during its expansion in Lithuania. Regus rented 1,200 sq. m in the class A office complex Park Town in Vilnius. The company will occupy the entire second floor and will provide more than 100 workplaces to facilitate flexible work.

Regus chooses their spaces carefully, taking into consideration a wide range of factors including location, environment, convenience, infrastructure as well as future development of the surroundings, city development plans. A choice in favour of Park Town was made due to its indisputably good location, which successfully links actively growing central business district (CBD) with proximity to nature.
