The second Telia Lietuva real estate auction to be launched
On 22 August this year (Tuesday) the registration to the real estate auction of Telia Lietuva, to be organised on 19 September this year, was announced. This is the second Telia Lietuva auction organised by the international real estate consulting company Newsec.
During this public auction the buyers will be offered to acquire premises and individual buildings totalling 42 real estate objects all over Lithuania. Total area of premises for sale is 22.5 thousand square meters and the initial real estate portfolio price exceeds EUR 11 million (VAT excluded). Initial prices of premises and buildings for sale range from EUR 250 (VAT excluded) up to EUR 3.2 million (VAT excluded).
During the auction the buyers will be able to purchase real estate in large Lithuanian cities and in smaller towns, such as in those located in Alytus, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Panevėžys, Šiauliai, Utena and Vilnius regions. In some cases Telia Lietuva shall remain a co-owner of the property along with the new buyer.
The most valuable real estate objects included into the second auction are two investment objects in Vilnius, namely: a 1.6 thousand square-meter administration building on Ševčenkos street and a 3.5 thousand square-meter administration building on Muitinės street.
The buyers should also be interested in investment and administration-purpose buildings in Klaipėda (Danės street)Vilnius (Vytenio street), in premises in Klaipėda (H. Manto street) and in Kaunas (Laisvės Avenue), which Telia Lietuva plans to lease from the future buyer – the lease price to be established in accordance with 8.5-14 percent annual revenue return from the final purchase price.
Additionally, as much as 80 percent of property sold during this auction will be available for purchase during the forward procurement for a 10-percent higher price.

During the first Telia Lietuva real estate auction, which was organised on 9 August this year, 20 percent of all real estate objects offered to the buyers were sold. Seven real estate objects were sold during the forward procurement and the total value of sold objects reached EUR 124 thousand (VAT excluded).
The international real estate consulting company Newsec also organises auctions for other companies, such as AB Lietuvos paštas, AB Televizijos ir radijo centras, UAB NT Valdos (Lietuvos energija group company).
