Newsec presented current office market trends including information on typical layouts, floor plates, area per employee, sustainability and other relevant matter. Then, staff survey was conducted in order to gain insight about their needs and wants. Based on the survey, Newsec assessed demand for parking, meeting rooms and amenities and provided recommendations on layout solutions.
Newsec gave insight about the number as well as the size of different areas relevant in a modern business environment. In addition to recommendations on layout solutions, Newsec also assessed financial feasibility of HQ project including investment requirements as well as cash flow projections.

Outcome
Based on Newsec recommendations, Girteka concept design for the HQ building. Layout recommendations are relevant when preparing architectural design while financial analysis is a significant determinant for investors. Newsec analysis provided different stakeholders with required information.
