Challenge

Klaipeda Free Economic Zone is one of the strongest industrial zones in Lithuania with great attention to its customers. FDI Intelligence, a specialist division of the Financial Times and the world’s largest centre of excellence on FDI, has awarded Klaipeda Free Economic Zone for flexible space, economic impact, incentives and expansions. ​

Thanks to well-developed infrastructure, manufacturing companies are capable of starting their operation in a matter of months, and the FlexStart initiative, launched in 2018, helps companies to gradually increase their activity in FEZ area. ​

The company continues to look for innovative solutions that would help to successfully expand FEZ activities. Newsec task was to help develop strategic guidelines for real estate development as well as to review the current economic situation in Klaipeda and Lithuania in relation to FEZ activities.​
