Euromoney names Newsec the best real estate advisory and consultancy company in Lithuania
Global business and finance magazine Euromoney named Newsec the best provider of real estate advisory services in Lithuania in 2019. Newsec in fact won first place in two categories – the international real estate firm was awarded as the best in Lithuania among real estate advisory and consultancy companies overall and also among letting/sales agencies.
The winners of the prestigious Euromoney awards are based on aggregation of the opinions of the advisors, developers, investment managers, banks, and corporate end-users active in the real estate sector. Their views show that Newsec retains its leadership among real estate advisory firms in Lithuania. The company has been receiving international recognition from Euromoney in a variety of categories since 2008.

This is the 14th annual Real Estate Survey by Euromoney. The magazine, published out of London since 1969, has repeatedly named Newsec the best real estate adviser in Lithuania since 2008. Last year Newsec won three awards and was recognized as the best real estate consultancy company as well as the best provider of property valuation services in the Nordic and Baltic region.
