Newsec’s property management portfolio expands

The closed-end investment company Pirmoji Investavimo Įmonė UAB has entrusted the management of commercial assets to the international real estate advisory firm Newsec in the Baltics. That includes 30,000 sq. m. of space in buildings used for retail, logistics and offices which belong to 

Newsec in the Baltics will manage two Rimi stores (on Liepojos Street in Klaipėda and on Kareivių Street in Vilnius), the ELEVEN business centre in the Lithuanian capital, and a logistics centre of Baltic Agro Machinery, which sells and services agricultural, construction and forestry equipment, in Kaunas region.

Newsec in the Baltics manages 59 commercial properties that have a total area of nearly 620,000 sq. m. A team of 52 professionals is responsible for managing the commercial properties and increasing their value. Across Northern Europe, Newsec manages a portfolio of properties valued at 65billion euros.
