Newsec has advised real estate development company  „YIT Kausta bustas“, for the sale-purchase transaction of the office building „DUETTO I” in Vilnius. The property has been acquired by investor – “Northern Horizon Capital“. Value of transaction – 14.6 million euros. Vilnius, 2017.
