WESTHUB logistics and administrative center is being developed in the rapidly developing part of Kaunas, B. Greenery and quality

WESTHUB will not use fossil fuels - all the energy required for the operation of the building will be generated by a solar power plant, and advanced technologies that reduce energy consumption have been installed. The project will seek to obtain a BREEAM "Very good" certificate for the evaluation of green buildings.

15,500 sq.m. m. WESTHUB logistics center is functionally and engineered so that it can carry out commercial and administrative activities from one to three different tenants. The storage area is one-storey, above the assembly area there are mezzanines and administrative household premises, which are installed according to the coordinated need. Rental price of storage premises from 5.8 Eur / sq.m. m. + VAT
