Uniqueness of the object 

The business center designed by Cloud Architects and architect Edmundas Stasiulis will be the first in the country to seek the international building standard WELL certificate and the Breeam Excellent sustainable building certificate. The office center to be delivered will consist of two 15-storey volumes connected by a three-storey stylobate. The total area of the building is 45,500 sq. M. m. of which 27,000 sq. m. m. will occupy offices on the ground floor of more than 800 square meters. m. will occupy catering services and 900 sq. m. m. will be for waiting and meeting places.
