Investment Analyst
Newsec Baltics is the leading full-service property house, with offices in Vilnius, Riga and Tallinn. Newsec Baltics capital markets team is seeking for a self-motivated young professional to join our company as an Investment Analyst. You will be important part of our capital markets team, responsible for analysis of real estate investment cases, creating sales materials and being part of executing largest deals in the Baltics. Our team was responsible for over 700m EUR worth of deals in 2021. We work jointly with Redgate Capital and BNP Paribas. Join Newsec and become a part of deal making machine.
Core responsibilities:
- Preparation of sales material (incl. teasers, investment memorandums, return calculations, etc.)
- Analysis of real estate investment cases across all real estate sub-sectors (offices, retail, logistics, industrial, hotels, residentials for rent, development projects, renewables)
- Ad hoc analysis of the market, market players, investment cases
- Preparation of pitches to clients
- Assisting capital markets team with coordinating due diligence process
- Assisting capital markets team with deal execution
- Maintain investor list and CRM data base
Best-suited candidate should have:
- Previous experience in analytical role is a plus
- Previous experience related to Baltic real estate is a plus
- Details oriented, great sales material producing skills
- Strong organizational, project management and time management skills
- Good command of written English
- Genuine interest to learn Baltic real estate business
