Bendrovės „Newsec/Re&Solution“ ir „SEB Enskilda“ atstovaus nekilnojamojo turto fondą „BPT Secura A/S“ parduodant šios bendrovės NT portfelį Baltijos šalyse. Sandoris sudarytas kovo pradžioje Prancūzijoje, Kanuose nekilnojamojo turto parodos MIPIM metu.
Numatytojo portfelio pardavimai turėtų prasidėti pirmąjį 2012 metų pusmetį ir baigtis po metų. Tikimasi pritraukti didžiąją dalį tiek regioninių tiek pasaulio investuotojų. Portfelį sudaro 10 prekybinių, biurų ir logistikos pastatų, kurie visi kartu sudaro apie 100 000 kv.m. plotą bei yra prestižinėse vietose Lietuvoje, Latvijoje ir Estijoje. Šiam portfeliui priklauso ir Vilniuje esantis prekybos centras „Europa“. Neto portfelio vertė 126 mln. eurų.

NEWSEC AND SEB ENSKILDA APPOINTED TO SELL PRIME PROPERTIES IN THE BALTICS

Newsec and SEB Enskilda have been appointed as advisors for the sale process of the real estate fund’s BPT Secura A/S properties in the Baltic region. The agreement was signed at MIPIM in Cannes, France.
The targeted marketing of the property portfolio will start in the first half of 2012 and the process is expected to be finalized over the next year. It is expected to attract interest from the majority of regional and global property investors.
The fund consists of 10 retail, office and logistics properties, making approx. 100,000 sq.m, and situated in prime locations in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. There are such objects as Europa shopping centre in Vilnius, Ravala Office building in Talin, Valdemara centrs office building in Riga and others. The fund’s gross property value is EUR 126m.
