Investment Transactions Advisor

Newsec Baltics capital markets team is seeking for a self-motivated professional to join our company as an Investment Transactions Advisor. You will be responsible for initiating, leading, and executing a variety of real estate deals. Our team was responsible for over 700m EUR worth of deals in 2021. Core responsibilities:
- Initiate, lead, manage and close commercial real estate deals in the Baltics. We focus on large deals within all real estate sub-sectors: offices, retail, logistics, hotels, large development plots, etc.
- Pitches and advise to clients on best strategies related to real estate acquisitions/holdings/disposals
- Hold the client’s hand throughout the entire sales process
- Negotiations, structuring, coordinating due diligence, pushing deals through the finish line. Coordinate stakeholders during the entire process
- Constant networking and communication with real estate funds, developers, investors, HNWIs, property owners and other market players
- Conferences and events, hosting international investors visiting our markets
Best-suited candidate should have:
- Previous experience in sales, corporate finance, management consulting, advisory, project management or similar
- Previous experience related to real estate is a plus, otherwise real estate is not a rocket science
- Deal maker’s and all is possible mentality
- Proactive, self-motivated and goal oriented
- Strong organizational, project management skills
- Good command of English language
- Genuine interest to learn real estate investment business and become the best deal maker
